JAPAN — JP-03 — Henoko / Doshisha School-Trip Boat Capsizing
An evidence-first OSINT investigation into how a school peace-education program placed minors aboard small vessels off Henoko, what safety controls failed, and what the public record can establish about the 16 March 2026 fatal capsizing.
The final report finds a documented chain of deficient due diligence, weak risk governance, absent onboard school supervision, unresolved marine-operational responsibility, and day-of decisions that did not adequately respond to worsening risk. It separates institutional findings from unresolved technical and criminal questions, and now includes incident-sequence, warning-timeline, accountability, and evidence-gap maps.

JAPAN — JP-02 — Takaichi Political-Funding Network
A public-record OSINT case study of political donations, support organisations, business/public-sector intersections, vendor relationships, and evidentiary limits in Japan.
The final report maps multiple partially connected donor and support clusters, preserves negative findings and unresolved primary-source questions, and distinguishes documented relationships from allegations. It does not establish a unified donor network, quid pro quo, circular funding, or criminal liability.
Evidence visuals show the overall case structure, donor-side map, Nara support-organisation flow, Ubusuna / Local 10,000 public-benefit chain, and the Sōkōkai / Kameoka / Veanas / PoliLab branch.

JAPAN — JP-01 — The Mizuho Conspiracy File
A privacy-minimised OSINT case study of information-control risk, transaction governance, and the 2026 SESC investigation of Mizuho Securities.
The public edition separates verified facts from reported information, analytical judgments, hypotheses, negative findings, and unknowns. Person-level detail is minimised where identity is unnecessary to the institutional analysis.
